Missouri At-Large
Connecting educators throughout the Missouri region, including mid-size and rural schools
About Us
The At-large region of the Show Me Literacies Collaborative is housed at the University of Missouri and works in conjunction with the Missouri Writing Project to serve educators at 18 small to midsize schools across the State of Missouri. Our team provides professional development and support for developing literacy plans according to each school's needs.
We are coming to the end of the final year of our work together on this grant. We would like to invite you to attend a final celebration and conference that will be held in Columbia on June 4-5, 2025, at the Hampton Inn, Stadium Blvd. This event will involve ALL of the CLSD schools: At Large, Kansas City, and St. Louis areas.
On the evening of June 4th, dinner reception and a celebration of our student and teachers’ accomplishments over the last five years will be held from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. The following day will be break-out sessions led by teachers from our grant schools across the state.
Each CLSD school can send up to 4 people. The dinner, lodging and registration will be paid for by the grant. Each school in attendance will receive a generous bundle of resources to support literacy instruction.
**Grant Leads: Please select up to 4 people to attend and ask them to register individually at the link below.
PLEASE REGISTER BY MARCH 1, 2025, TO SECURE LODGING
