This June, as part of the Missouri DESE Comprehensive Literacy grant, the Show Me Literacies Collaborative is offering Pop-Up PD on reading. Each course is 100% online and self-paced. Preservice teachers, school leaders, teacher educators, and educators of all kinds are welcome, with the cost funded by the grant for Missouri educators.
The Show Me Literacies Collaborative is offering three courses with digital badges:
June 5: Comprehensive View of Literacy
June 12: A Deep Dive into the Science of Reading
June 19: Fundamentals of Teaching Reading
Educators can take 1 PD or all 3. There are resources for teaching early, intermediate, and adolescent literacy. All content written by professors from UMSL and Lincoln University. Sign-up at bit.ly/3VcLPZN
